What’s inside & how to use

1) Rosemary Hydrosol (Face • Scalp • Aroma)

• Scalp (daily): Lift sections; mist 6–10 sprays at the roots from 10–15 cm, then massage 30–60 s. Great post-workout/under hats and popular in fuller-look routines (results vary).

• Face (AM/PM): After cleansing, mist 5–7 sprays; apply moisturizer while skin is still damp (10–20 s).

• Aroma: 2–3 sprays in the air or onto palms; inhale the fresh green scent.

2) Hair & Beard Elixir 5 ml (multi-use)

• Leave-in anti-frizz (hair lengths): Rub 1–2 drops between palms; smooth through mid-lengths/ends (avoid roots).

• Beard softener: Work 1–3 drops through beard hair; comb. (If acne-prone, keep oil off the skin.)

• Optional pre-wash scalp massage (only if scalp isn’t very oily/sensitive): Part hair, apply 2–3 drops to sparse areas, massage 3–5 min, leave 1- 2 hours or overnight, then shampoo thoroughly.

How often

• Hydrosol: Daily (and after workouts).

• Elixir: As needed for lengths/beard; up to 2–3×/week for optional scalp pre-wash (skip scalp oiling if your scalp is very oily/sensitive—use hydrosol only).
